SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We ship ALL orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).  

We are NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused by USPS, severe weather or other circumstances out of our control. 

NO REFUNDS:

 Due to the nature of our cosmetic and yoni products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. We ensure that all our products undergo strict quality control measures to maintain the highest standards. 

 If we made a mistake fulfilling your order, arrangements for a replacement or refund may be made upon a photo of what you have received along with the packing slip within 24 hours of receiving your order.
